Cancelation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 35% the price of your scheduled appointment.

In the event that multiple no shows occur you may be removed from our client book and unable to receive or book services at our salon.

In order to book an appointment with us at LCS we require that all new clients place a card on file that is securely stored through our payment processing system Vagaro. This card is not considered a primary payment method and would only receive a charge in the event of a no-show or cancelation done without a 24 hour notice.

If you are running 15 or more minutes late, your stylist may be unable to provide you the best service in the limited time available, and we may ask to reschedule your appointment with the above policy applied.
